  • This warranty covers damaged parts or items that were sent in error. We offer a parts-only warranty.
  • No labor costs are covered for any item sold by FirstChoice Used Auto Parts.
  • If the part is damaged:
    • We will attempt to replace it.
    • If no replacement is available, we will offer a refund of the entire sale amount.
    • If a new order is placed prior to the return of the initial part, payment for the second item will be requested, and the original purchase will be refunded when the return is completed.
    • The cost of returning the item is not reimbursed.
  • When contacting FirstChoice Used Auto Parts, please provide a detailed explanation of the reason for returning the part.
  • If a component is returned that does not meet the requirements of this guarantee:
    • A restocking fee of 25% may be imposed.
    • Shipping costs may be deducted from refunds.
  • FirstChoice Used Auto Parts is not accountable for items delivered to the address specified at the time of sale (as confirmed by tracking information) but not retrieved by the purchaser.
  • Items purchased for testing purposes only or incorrectly ordered by the customer will not be returned.
  • Please verify with an experienced mechanic the specific component required prior to ordering. We strive to provide the correct parts and appreciate your effort to conduct the necessary research before placing an order.
  • Products returned after the warranty period has expired will not be replaced and will be returned to the sender.
  • Parts must be returned within 30 days from the original delivery date for the shipment to be considered accepted.
