Shipping Policy
As soon as your order is completed with payment, we will contact our suppliers to verify that the item you purchased is in stock, in good condition, and ready to ship. We will request pictures from the suppliers of the product you purchased immediately after it is removed from the vehicle and returned to their facility. Once received, we will forward these images to you for review. The approval period is limited to 7 business days from the date your order is completed and paid. You must review and approve the photos, if necessary, within 2 business days.
We will make every effort to deliver the item to your specified location within 5 business days after you have approved the photos. Within 2 days of shipment, we will notify you via the email address you provided, including details of the freight company and tracking information.

In general:
- Small items can be shipped to the billing address associated with your debit or credit card.
- Larger items (e.g., transmissions, engines, etc.) can be shipped to commercial or business addresses. For these shipments, we require the full business name, address, contact person’s name, direct telephone number, and email address. You must authorize us to communicate directly with this individual to confirm details regarding the item and delivery.
- If a forklift is required at the delivery location, you are responsible for securing, paying for, and providing the operator.
Upon delivery, inspect the packaging of your item(s). If you notice any damage, ensure it is documented when signing for the shipment on the bill of lading and retain a copy for your records.
